This annotation serves for documentation purposes only.

JVM does not support unsigned integral types. So, in Java and any other JVM backed language, it may become difficult to express these concepts:

 unsigned byte ub;
 unsigned word uw;
 unsigned int  ui;
 unsigned long ul;
