    public class DefaultHandleTracker
    extends AbstractTool
    implements HandleTracker
    DefaultHandleTracker implements interactions with the handles of a Figure.

    The DefaultHandleTracker handles one of the three states of the SelectionTool. Iz comes into action, when the user presses the mouse button over a Figure.
