Class FixedMillisecond

    extends RegularTimePeriod
    implements java.io.Serializable
    Wrapper for a java.util.Date object that allows it to be used as a RegularTimePeriod. This class is immutable, which is a requirement for all RegularTimePeriod subclasses.
