Constructor Detail

IntegerTextField

public IntegerTextField(int columns)

Construct a new integer text field with the given number of columns. The value is initially 0.

Parameters:

columns - Number of columns.

IntegerTextField

public IntegerTextField(int value,
                        int columns)

Construct a new integer text field with the given value and number of columns.

Parameters:

value - Initial value.

columns - Number of columns.

Method Detail

isOkay

public boolean isOkay(int lb,
                      int ub)

Determine if this integer text field contains a syntactically valid integer in the given range. If it does, true is returned. If it does not, a beep is sounded, the input focus is set to this integer text field, all the text is selected, and false is returned.

Parameters:

lb - Lower bound.

ub - Upper bound.

Returns:

True if this integer text field contains a syntactically valid integer in the given range, false otherwise.

value

public int value()

Get this integer text field's value. If this integer text field does not contain a syntactically valid integer, 0 is returned.

Returns:

Value.
