Class SharedSigned16BitIntegerBuf provides a buffer for a single signed 16-bit integer item sent or received using the Message Protocol (MP). While an instance of class SharedSigned16BitIntegerBuf may be constructed directly, normally you will use a factory method in class Signed16BitIntegerBuf. See that class for further information.
