public class NK extends Problem implements SimpleProblemForm
NK implmements the NK-landscape developed by Stuart Kauffman (in the book The Origins of Order: Self-Organization and Selection in Evolution). In the NK model, the fitness contribution of each allele depends on how that allele interacts with K other alleles. Based on this interaction, each gene contributes a random number between 0 and 1. The individual's fitness is the average of these N random numbers.Parameters

Description copied from interface:PrototypeSets up the object by reading it from the parameters stored in state, built off of the parameter base base.
