DMelt 2.2 version. Update 2

This release is intended for the use with JDK10, JDK9 and JDK8.

   * Plantuml for diagram drawings 
   * Datumbox for data mining 
   * Updated Search database using several examples with statistical tests
   * A new pop-up menu: Search Dmelt project. Highlight a word and use this menu to search DMelt 
     (Java API, examples, Wiki) 
   * Smile API added (for data mining)
   * SwingX redone as a single jar
   * JSAT and JavaCNN
   * ImageJ is updated
   * Remove Java version check for Linux/Mac (failed on JDK10)
   * HChart has more options for orientation
   * jhplot.Web has the method load() to dynamically load jar files
   * Classes to experiment with self-organization of vectors by Wolfhard Hövel

Note for JDK9 and JDK10: 
========================
DMelt examples based on Jython scripts require  explicit imports of 
Java classes when running on Java 9 JDK. 
Use the stable version 2.0 and JDK8 if you observe problems with 
with the recent JDK9 release.
